Roles & Responsibilities:

The company is looking for a Back-End Web Developer responsible for :

• Managing the interchange of data between the server and the users.
• The primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end
• Comply with agile-based software development methodology and good time management and debugging skills.
• Strong decision-making skills and collaboration with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Ability to implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in microservices-based design and development using Nodejs and typescript.
• Strong experience in writing unit tests.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Strong hands-on experience using express JS and SQL.
• Should have developed node JS-based REST APIs and supported them in production.
• Should have experience in performance tuning of the APIs.
• Experience in implementing workflow
• Must Have analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Must have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working in a team-based, start-up, or agile development environment.

This Role Requires:

• Strong experience in Node.JS, JavaScript, Next JS, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks, and Java (Good to have)
• Experience in Restful APIs / SOAP
• Exposure to DevOps and CI CD with tools and platforms like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, ELK stack, etc.
• Experience in performance testing frameworks like Mocha, Node + NPM
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
